Our Team

The team at Bon Systems is straightforward. In addition to the founder/owner, there is a financial manager and a marketing team.

The owner maintains contact with the operating companies and is responsible for the strategy. The financial manager oversees the functioning of the administration at the operating companies, including budgeting, preparing financial reports, and managing financial risks. Together with the marketing team, we strive for a strong and growing market position.

The companies operate entirely independently. When specific issues require specialized knowledge, it is often sourced from one of the sister companies. Relevant knowledge is shared, and collaboration occurs where necessary. If the expertise is not available internally, it is sourced externally, typically from within the existing network. Bon Systems aims to keep the organization as flat and compact as possible.
